This form is used to submit inventory for both the Artisan Shop (open to DAC Members year-round) and The Winter Studio @ DAC, our seasonal holiday marketplace in the Small Gallery.
All submissions will be thoughtfully reviewed based on quality, fit, and presentation. While we may not be able to accept every item, we value the creativity and care you bring to your work.
Please complete the form using the instructions provided. Submitting this form confirms that you have read and agree to the conditions outlined in the Exhibition Prospectus, or DAC Membership. It also serves as your acknowledgment of the guidelines regarding delivery, pickup, display, and sales.
